Amador Locksmith & Door Service, Inc. was founded in 1994 and originally known as Gordy’s Lock & Key. Founder Gordon Dittel successfully operated the lock and key business until 2006 when it was acquired by Chris Clasen. In 2007 the name was changed to Amador Locksmith & Door Service, Inc.
About Chris
Chris Clasen is a lifetime local resident of the Twin cities metro, residing in Chisago County Minnesota. Chris is a Certified Registered Locksmith, and is also a member of the Associated Locksmiths of America. The ALOA international professional organization of highly qualified security professionals. We are also a AAA service provider (emergency roadside assistance) as well as a member of the Better Business Bureau.
Our Specialties
We are a mobile commercial locksmith that specializes in Emtek lock hardware, Medeco high security locks, and Record automatic door operators. Ask us about our keys (the ones you’re not suppose to copy), safes, doors, door closers, continuous hinges. We can also service and sell Safes and Safe Deposit boxes for banks.
